HITACHI AC: PATHETIC SERVICE AND SUPER FLOP SHOW BY HITACHI CALL CENTER AND HITACHI AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.
IT HAS BEEN PATHETIC AND EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH HITACHI AND SERVICE CENTER AUTHORIZED BY HITACHI. I RAISED THE COMPLAINT ON 09-JUN-2014 AND TODAY IS 26-JUN-2014, STILL THE COMPLAINT IS UNRESOLVED.
I MADE TONS OF CALLS SINCE THE FIRST DAY BOTH TO CALL CENTER AND SERVICE CENTER BUT THEY HARDLY CARE TO RESPOND. FULL OF FALSE COMMITMENTS BY CALL CENTER PEOPLE AND STATE OF THE ART SUPER POOR SERVICE CENTER'S.
PLEASE PLEASE AND PLEASE NEVER BUY HITACHI AC FOR HOME OFFICE OR ANYTHING.
THEY ARE THE BIGGEST LOSERS OF THE WORLD IN PROVIDING AFTER SALES SERVICE.

Just to add to the above experience, AGAIN HITACHI HAS PROVED THEY ARE LOSERS ON EVERY FRONT OF AFTER SALES SUPPORT SERVICES. In my opinion Hitachi is worst service provide and full of "Team of Moron's". Call Center and Service Center people are brainless people and the support model is SUPER FLOP, SUPER POOR AND SUPER MISMANAGED.
Again when I logged complaint this season to service the AC and replace faulty Swing Motor, these moron's made the AC more noisy and closed the complaint without changing faulty Swing motor.
IT LOOKS HITACHI IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT QUALITY OF THE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION. Indian Government should CANCEL Hitachi's license in selling products in India and providing customer Service.
HITACHI IS THE WORST COMPANY AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO ALL VIEWERS NEVER EVER BUY HITACHI AC AS THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST SERVICE IN ALL, BIGGEST LOSERS.=
