GO THRU MY MAILS WITH HITACHI THEN YOU WILL FIND THERE PERFORMANCE, APART FROM MAIL I MADE MANY PHONE CALLS, SOME TIME NO ANSWER AND SOMETIME THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL PUT MY COMPLAINT TO HIGHER / HIGHEST AUTHORITY.
