POOR SPEED ROUND THE CLOCK, PING TIME REMAIN VERY HIGH & LOCAL SERVICE PEOPLE NOT HELPING.
I enrolled for Excitel plan'REELTIME 695' on 17-July-2017 and it's been observed the internet connectivity is unstable & internet speed is inconsistent ROUND THE CLOCK especially DURING DAY TIME when speed drops below 10 MBPS 9 out of 10 times(checked with speedtest.net). When I call local support contact for help, inplace of helping they insist to remove the router and directly connect cable to the System and check. Even if I do so speed STILL remain POOR AND INCONSISTANT WITH VERY HIGH PING TIMES).
In real world the connectivity has to be through Router to use multiple devices(mobile phone, Desktop, laptop, smart TV etc.) to connect. These support people are bunch of liars and it is just over a Week's time and the level of services rendered by EXITEL has started to show its true colors. The taste of extremely poor service and poor connectivity and low speed almost all the time.
I have/had been using internet from other local service provider and they are much much better than Excitel.
