Dear All, I suggest not to eat Induction/Microwave oven foods. They are of little or no energy to us. Induction cookware heats up the food molecules in atomic level. Recently a person reported pain and swelling in the legs, the doctor analysed and asked to stop using induction ware and the pain... was resolved. All induction/Microwave oven use electromagnetic cooking which is very dangerous. Many Countries like malaysia have even banned using microwave ovens. The best thing is to use LPG or natural wood that we use for cooking. But there are so much of jobs and employment oppurtunities that would be lost when banned in india. For ex: Even pressure cooking is of lesser energy. The nutrients are lost and everyone knows about this but still we cant live with out pressure cookers. There are more than 1 Lak villages in our country and in each village more than 1000 families using pressure cooker and these industries employ give so much of job oppurtunities. All of them will be lost when people stop using pressure cookers/microwave ovens/induction cookwares etc. The food actually has to be cooked in open space with air and light. All the poisonous/unwanted things in the food will be evaporated via steam.
