I have exactly the same experience with this company. I have plans to sue the company for all the inconvenience they ahve caused. I suggest you do the same. If we remain silent, these guys will do the same with a few thousand people more. We need to teach them a lesson. Now! Writing an opinion ...in this forum is not going to help.
