Sairao, the problem seems to be with Airtel customer service. They are not bothered. No one is going to call you back, specially if it is Malad centre. They refuse to give any number in case you want to take it up with some senior. There is one by the name of Mr. Chaudhary who does not deserve to be... seated at the position he is in.
