hey u tell this bike has got raw power n amazing pickup, which is true..
But then u want to get gud mileage from RX!! this bike needs to be revved hard to get the fun of riding it. otherwise, whats the point in buying it if u dont rev it. and if u r never gonna drive above 60, get a Luna moped or T...VS champ!Read More

125 on CBZ?? never heard abt that....
and r u mad? pulsar 180 got 16+ bhp whereas CBZ is 12.6 BHP...how can they have the same top speed? Imagine sumone with a splendor claims that he got the same tope end as CBZ..how ll u feel??

it was a short but nice rvu....
I know splendor is anaemic in nature and costly.. But it has gr8 reliability. The engine is very smooth and ride quality is also gr8.
The pickup is pathetic to say the least..i have gone upto 85 kmph on a splendor...but the bike feels very stressed in high s...peeds.
it was a gud bike, but now with so many options available in the market, I dont think any rational person sud go 4 this bike, unless he has an obsessed brand loyalty.Read More

hey kid,
U dont know what speed and pickup is all about..
U bring ur dio n race with any 100cc+ bike and u ll loose by huge margin. gearless vehicles any way have less pickup!
If u r in bangalore, u can try a drag with me on any 100CC+ bike of ur choice. even a TVS victor can smoke u anytime anyw...here.
And FYI, Karizma takes 4 secs to reach 60, whereas pulsar 180 and 150 takes 4.75 and 5.5 sces respectively. Wheres ur Dio baby takes a whole 12 secs. So, if u were able to keep the karizma and pulsars in sight, then its because THOSE MEN ON BIKES DIDNT FEEL LIKE RACING WITH A KID ON THE SCOOTER!!

all royal enfields are FOR PASSION and NOR REASON. So if u dint have any passion for bullet, why did u buy this bike?? 1st time I heard someone buying bullet for mileage...
change ur service station and hope ur mileage ll improve...

i have some queries .. have u driven the pulsar 150 and uncorn at 125 KMPH?? I dont think so, its the top speed of Karizma...n i dont think the 150 cc machines will be able to do that.
Also, how did u find the initial pickup of Unicorn compared to Pulsar?
And between... the nitrx shock absorbers of the Pulsar and mono-suspension of the Unicorn which is better for our pathetic Indian roads??
And I have driven the 180 dtsi...its a gr8 bike , but i think the gearshift simply sucks....after a long day's drive of around 400 km, the gears where not willing to move at all....we had to literally hammer it to get it going.( even though the engine oil was the best -- Mobil1)

go blindly for the unicorn...only minus is the looks..
also go 4 the ES version only.
And @sahu, i think Honda recommends 91 octane petrol for unicorn...so u can go 4 extra premium or speed 93.

Hi,
U dont worry at all!!
the bike is gud enough to take it...u can drive at 90-100..no probs at all..
dont pust it to the limits ( i know it can go upto 120-130)
take a break of 10 mins every 1 or 1 n half hour ..
it ll cool the engine as well as help u to overcome fatigue..
as of spares, u... can carry a spare tube for the tyre...i think that sud b enough.
And u can expect a mileage of around 30-32 if u r driving fast ... so make sure u have enogh fuel in the tank....aslo check the engine oil level in ur bike (very important)
Also, make sure that u get ur bike serviced at some herohonda showrrom in Bangalore before going back...

ur rvu waqs nice but some facts r wrong
the Indian comet is 27 bhp not 30..it has been detuned.
again, the timings for 0-60 acc and 0-100 acc r not correct (may I know the source for that plz)
Also, the true top speed of the comet is 140+, the speedo reading will be 150+ , whereas the true ...top speed for Karizma is 125 nad that for pulsar 180 dtsi is 127-130.

u say that swadesh ll flop coz 50% of Indians dont get water n electrcity n they want to watch something like 'Main Hoo Na'
BUT I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH THAT. Even if the other 50% of the people -- the middle class n the rich watch this film it will be a hit.. but the problem is that even the ric...h n well-to-do ppl dont wanna c this sort of realistic cinema! U talk about NRIs as the target audience -- Do u know that Swadesh has the least collections in overseas for a SRK starrer in the last 3 years? I was really shocked to read this!
btw, ur rvu was great..u correctly pointed out the flaws like the huge length and over-preaching repititive dialogues..
