I agree that this timtara site should be blocked. I recently read a review that one person paid 6 lakhs for his purchases at timtara. As usual, material not delivered. Every day, they are luring many with their email campaign of Rs. 4800/- discount. People from Delhi should take the initiate to bloc...k this site by approaching the Cyber Crime Police located there. Dear Mr. Mahantesh ! and to all fellow MouthShut Users ! This is to let every one know that the 'timtara cheaters' have refunded the amount this morning [7-Feb-2013] to my credit card account. The message from Mr. Mahantesh did the trick. I did email them the complaint, and Mr. Neeraj Kumar CP..., Delhi Police was kind enough to acknowledge my mail and had given a reference number. I GOT REFUND FROM TIMTARA WITH IN 22 DAYS

Hi, Any phone no. to contact The Charge Back Unit, HDFC Bank, at Kanjurmarg ? Sent the docs and form on Jan 21,2013, but no response yet. Worst thing, the HDFC Credit Card Support guy at Bangalore : 080-66224332 is not even aware that such 'Charge Bank Unit' exists.

As soon as they introduced those unethical charges on ISA, I started my process to close my account which it took almost 2 months to get the job done, I even posted here warning people to close their ISA account. Good review from you.
