Timtara-Delight for them at customer's cost. Review on Timtara

There Vision and Mission as per their website states that  "We have a simple but powerful vision - To make timtara.com the most admired online retailer in India by 2012."

Instead they have acheived the "worst admired" title based on 88%-one stars on MouthShut_Official.

I wish MouthShut_Official had a negative rating stars.  I don't even want to click on one star too.

Well! I had shopped at all major online shopping websites since last 5 years, but never faced a problem like this one.

I had ordered a HP Pavillion Note Book vide Order No. 10352280 on 10-Nov-2012, Rs. 23, 290, and had also raised a so called dumb ticket 48456.

Till date, 16-Jan-2013, more than 2 months, I had not received the product, and their web order status shows " Awaiting Shipment."

Many calls to their customer service nos. is a total waste of time and money.  A stony, computer-like  voice answers the call welcoming you to timtara.  (Cannot make out if it is a male or a female).  All they do is open the page and just read out your name, date of order, item description, and status from the web site which I am already aware off.   Every time I call, they say that they require 48 hours to resolve the issue, and that they are escalating the case to their higher ups.

When asked a dumb male agent to give me their physical address, so I could send them a legal notice,  he blatantly replies that they have no physical office.  They refuse to transfer the line to some one responsible; they say that there are lot of senior officials in timtara.  Emails to nisha@timtara goes unanswered.(got the email from one agent.)  Asking them to cancel the order also has gone unheeded.

They do not have the courtesy to call and inform the customer even after 2 months.  Such is the quality of their dumb customer care.  Yet, they claim to be the most admired.

I am so disgusted with their way of doing business.  Meanwhile, I did buy a laptop from Croma.

I wish them that they close down their business as soon as possible.

Guys, Never buy from these cheats! Beware.

Dear Mr. Mahantesh! and to all fellow MouthShut_Official Users!

This is to let every one know that the'timtara cheaters' have refunded the amount this morning [Feb 7, 2013].

I had sent email as per Mr. Mahantesh's suggestion, and CP, Delhi Police Mr. Neeraj Kumar was kind enough to acknowledge the mail and follow up this matter.

I express my thanks to Mr. Mahantesh, to all readers here, and to MouthShut_Official.com for providing this platform to solve our issues.

Please do not even open the timtara website!
