Hi Shajan you are perfectly eligible for charge back, try calling this number and lodge a complaint towards your transaction. Try to explain them that there is a charge back unit in Mumbai. Some of the customer care executives don't know about that . Explain them everything slowly and ask them to... register a complaint. Note down that complaint number, write the same complaint number on top of the charge back form in capital letters and submit the documents (Charge back form, Email Order conformation, your communication mails to timtara, Cancel request mail's etc.,) to the nearest HDFC bank . prefix Bangalore std code : 9180 6160 6161/66224332 *The best thing is approach near by HDFC bank it will reduce your telephonic bills as well because on every branch there will be a phone for customer support you can call from there it self and explain them everything care fully. *If the bank Guy doesn't accept your application just try speaking to the manager of the concerned branch and explain him everything.
