It is very true that all dentists keep rotating at MyDentist. Most of them are very junior and usually fresh out of college - it is very natural that they are hired very cheap but for the dentists it is a question of gaining valuable experience - at the expense of customers like you, me and others !

Once the jars were all repaired, we are so far happy with the mixer. It works well although a bit noisy because of the powerful motor but gets the job done well. I purchased an additional chutney jar - so things are going fine.

An update: Bad news... their battery replacement also did not work... it has started its erratic behaviour again - it shows low battery.. then I have to plug in the charger - immediately in a few minutes its shows 100%... then when I unplug the charger - the unit shuts down after 10 minutes saying l...ow battery !!! I have re-submitted the tab to their service center for the third time... as per them, the technicians have admitted the problem is beyond them to resolve and will be forwarding the unit to their H.O. - It is very obvious that there is a serious manufacturing defect in the piece and yet they are refusing to admit this after three times submitting the faulty unit.... they still seem to be in denial mode... I don't know why...I wonder... may be customers don't figure in their India business plans any more....Read More

An update: After writing a couple of feedback emails at the iball website... and giving them a link to this review... One Mr. Jagdish claiming to be from iBall H.O. called me up and apologized for the incovenience caused and requested me to re-submit the tab one last time - he assured me his persona...l attention to this issue. As promised I have now received the tab and they claim to have replaced the battery... anyway the problem seem to have disappeared now - it is now able to hold the full charge and lasts for a couple of days of heavy use.... Hope there are no more issues coming up .... all in all now the tab seems ok with its pluses and minuses !Read More

ks18 ... agree that this is written in pain and anguish but the fact that this is a customer of a Hitachi product complaining itself tells a lot. But lalita, could you please describe what exactly went wrong - so that this serves as a feedback to all ?
