Unfortunately, I find myself in a position where I have no alternative, but to write to you to explain in detail problems, I have encountered in your practice dating back to April 2013 Mahavir Nagar Kandivali (w) .
I came to your clinic as a new patient with a niggling problem, I had on an lower left molar. An assessment of all my teeth was carried out which concluded to RCT.
The niggling lower left tooth was diagnosed as needing root canal, which was carried out shortly after my initial appointment. This left me in excruciating pain after part one was completed, which was so bad I decided to get the tooth extracted, rather than go through that experience again.
In the mean time, the RCT was over and cap was fitted, but the fitting was not exact and I had informed this to the operating Dr VIDHI. She had advised to come after a couple of months and check as she mentioned initially the fitting won't be comfortable.
Whilst the bite was left high in, I began suddenly clenching at night which left me in pain all day with the lower, I had never experienced pain in these teeth before the work on lower fillings.
I had visited regarding the bottom left pain. I was left with a discomfort feeling on this fitting which was lacerating my tongue. I rang the My dentist clinic many times regarding this, but every time I was been told with time I would get used to it. This advice itself is an clear indication that Dr are just interns and amateurs.
Its was nothing but an excruciating painful feeling every single day, I just regretted why did I fall for the Advertisement of my dentist, without realizing the fact that dental treatments are very critical, need to be done with looking at the experience of the doctor. The most astounding part is no doctors is permanent and they keep on changing.
I then came back on 6/11/2013 with the same issue, one again left me in a considerable amount pain, the tooth never settled after this. I had even purchased a membership card for Rs 1000/- the cleaning services. which was in vain.
I came to your office and was given numerous rounds of advices, but the real issue was never identified by an single dentist. The tooth ache still persists and extremely painful resulting in purgatives and paracetamol every 4 hours for a long time.
I had to change my holiday, because I did not feel comfortable going with these root canal teeth hurting like this, which came at a price of Rs5000/+.
I have since had to have great pain which is niggling me after it was fitted at your practice, this tooth never caused me any problems prior to visiting your practice. Today when I visited with Dr Rinke Savla was not at all in a position to understand my situation insensitive and was very rude.
Alas I find myself in a situation where by allot of money has been spent in your surgery and I still am in no position to eat anything on this side of my mouth and still in considerable pain. The doctor has prescribed me anti depressants because this has all got me down so much, and I feel in this day and age you should not have to live with this dental pain for 18 months and indeed be out of pocket for it.
I would appreciate your views on all this please and would hope you look back at my records to asses this situation and notice the vast amount of money I have paid.
