I have switch my HDFC VISA Signature card to VISA MoneyBack card and I retained all the reward points as the conversion factor for points is 100%. The point value is really high in MoneyBack card if encashed. For 11K points if redeemed you get a INR2500 worth laptop backpack but when encashed each p...oint is worth 40paise which converts to INR4400.Read More

I have been using this for years to pay postpaid, DTH etc and not a single issue with this. The best part is I can redeem my payback points to cash to mobikwik wallet.
I wish they add BESCOM, BWSSB too as billers and bring back good offers they earlier had.

Seems good. Effectively 1.6Rs cashback for online spends and 0.53Rs for the rest.
How is the redemption process? will it get automatic on the outstanding amount like citi cashback cards?
Even on utility bills will I get 6X rewards ?

My recharge failed but they have deducted the payment. When you want to make a claim, their contact form does not work. Beware of this site. It is run by fraudsters.

My glasses broke a week ago and Lenskart returned the amount as store credit. Now I am wearing the newly ordered one. Thanks a lot lenskart for your excellent support and replacing the broken one in time.

Not sure about your issue. But I have been using DoCoMo prepaid for the past 4 years and completely satisfied with it. My internet is really good with 3G (actually I am getting HSPA) prepay pack of 499 which gives me 500INR talktime and 2GB of 3G data. With my XOLO android phone I even tether it.

I too had the same problem with Reliance net connect when I had the connection.
Once I told them not to pester me and I know when to pay. Since then they stopped calling me.
