Ness is a company which works on use & through policy. Top management is only interested in money.

Hi,
Ness is a international Baniya company who just thinks about profit. My brother was working for Ness for last 3 year. He was through out billable. But once his project closed, he was told put resignation letter in a month. He even won several award.
*Ness HR - Never resolve your query. Always... busy in other activities.
*Ness Recruitment - Never select the employee referal candidate. Instead pripority is given to consultant's candidate. They share the commission.
*Ness Finance - 100% government employee. They will let you run 10 times to resolve a small issue.
*Ness Admin - Looking for opportunity to llot the company.
* Ness Misc - If you leave the company and apply for PF withdraw, it will take several years to get the amount transferred. You have write several mails, visit them etc.
Note: Every Qtr, Ness achieve record profit, but still they can't allow any employee who is on bench for more than a month.
If you are sincere, they will treat you as a fool. You have to always fight with them for your rights.
In fact Israel people are being hated all over the world for their respect for money over people.

I don't agree with it. I have talked many of the Idea customer. Most of them are feeling pain of bad service.
