It has been 3 months for me at NESS.
1.Ness works on EDC model. Ness stands for miracle in hebrew. Ness technoogies has roots in israel. It has some in house products.
2.Ness has locations at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Chennai.
Ness has strong presence at Finance, Telecom areas.
HR policies are different at locations. Normalization is in progress and may take time.
Pay depends on the project you are into. So its your destiny.
Stay at NESS is good but not exciting. It depends on how your project and client is. NESS do not have any no music, no jeans policies but if client insists then such policies are applied at those locations.
NESS has good apprisal process . They take care that no employee is ditched and un happy for bad reasons.
At ness Your performance= Your pay hike [ As said by old employees. I am 3 months old at NESS:) ]
As far as I know Banagalore Nessians are happier than Hyderabad Nessians.
They have policies like subidised laptops, Hire to own car, employee referrels etc.,
And last thing is . Cracking NESS seclection process is bit tricky.
