P.S. Thanks so much to all the people who have commented on this review. I could never have brought out the culture of this company with so much clarity, even if I decided to try. Its excellent for people to see the culture in the form of these comments so they know and are warned beforehand of what... they are getting themselves into on a daily basis. Yeah, many a times grapes turn out to be incredibly sour. We have to spit out the sour grapes and move onto sweeter ones :D As for my identity, I dont see any point in disclosing my identity in this forum. Its supposed to be a ’company’ review according to the website (oh, I forgot there are n...o Kannada or Tamil subtitles so there is no point in expecting u to understand that :D) You can list down all the employees u can think of, its going to serve absolutely no purpose at all either to me, u or any of the readers. But then again, purposelessness and lack of direction are one of the predominant cultural aspects of most people in this company. To the people who have tried to justify this as startup problems for growing companies, I guess the only thing I would say is that capability, attitude and a clear vision are the only traits that determine whether a company is called a ’startup’ after 13/14 years. It is of course the choice of individuals and companies whether they want to give excuses, attack people for voicing opinions, or actually do something to improve. One special comment for mariecure or whatever is that ’talking’ and ’being’ are 2 different things completely. You may talk and talk and talk about capability without having an inkling about what it actually means just because you have never seen an environment where almost everyone is a high performer. I can only pity such people and do nothing more because they will never get out of the frog-in-a-well situation and explore the mighty ocean, while some of us are lucky to have started with the ocean and gone on to other oceans. But thats just ur bad luck. I found it quite strange btw that none of the comments actually talks about any good points about the company or really defends it in any way.
