I am a prepaid subscriber of Idea Cellular since March 2003 (almost 6 years) and till date my experience has been excellent. The best thing about Idea Cellular is the "BILL FLASH". Now a days, other operators also provide this service, but Idea has been providing this way back since 2004.
I have encountered recharge issues twice, both times via OnLine recharge through my bank, but the amount was refunded promptly.
The tariff plan is as per my requirements:
Local Idea Mobiles: 40p/min; Local Other Mobiles: 60p/min
(Monthly Rental Rs. 56) (Valid across Mumbai, Mah & Goa)
STD: Rs. 1.2/m (no rental)
Recharge with 333, get Rs.300 bal & 100 local SMS.
Recharge with 222, get Rs.200 bal & 50 local SMS.
Rechange with the following and get full talktime:
Rs. 234, Rs. 345, Rs. 567, Rs. 765, Rs. 786.
