Synechron is known to be highest Pay Master IT Company in Pune and one of the most admired companies. But now Synechron is no different than other IT company. It indulges into false interview and gives lot of pain to the candidate. They call the candidate for technical interview in their Pune office (Outstation candidate has to take leave from the office and travel to Pune).
Later through the insider, we come to know that there was no such requirement, or the position was already been filled. In few case priority is being given to the relative of PM or HR. Even these people lack basic courtesy. Even they don’t ask for a glass of water that comes far away in hot weather and in the remote Synechron office.
These people are taking advantage of economic slowdown and candidate’s emotion. When an employee leaves an organization, he is termed as greedy left for better pay and position. But when the company layoff its employee, it is termed as business.
