Am back on the purchase regarding the cordless phone, am telling you what crooks these guys are...the dealer told me it was sent thru courier whcih got returned back to him bec my door was locked. I somehow tried to convince him to resend it to me, which is confirmed, I waited a whole week for the i...tem, can can you beleive he even gave me a consignment no, whcih was bogus. I was so mad, I contacted rediff, and was told that the product was out of stock and they would refund my money back...I was really disappointed with the services. But nonethe less I did get abck my money. On the laptop, the picture shown was of a beautiful yellow one, but the one sent to me was one being sold all over the place for Rs.300, whereas I ended up paying more for the same item.....never shop on rediff...they are crooks...Read More

Fortunately for me, I had a pretty good experience dealing with IndiaPlaza.in, my goods were delivered on time and in good condition. But I have to agree with you, online ordering is very unreliable, but goofy like me love shopping online, in hope of striking a good deal, in turn get lugged into one... of their scheming deals. I recently had a bad experience with rediff shopping, but I managed to get my money back. Cheer hope for the best..Read More

Gone are the days of shopping at Ansal Plaza, or heading off to neighbouring borders like Noida or Gurgaon to shop in a hip and hype mall.  Come over to Select City Walk, now that's what we are talking about.  Just like any other shopping mall out of India, you can almost find anything here at t...Read more

Am back regarding the fridge issue. Co-incidentially, nothing happenend from the dealer, nor from the customercare of Whirlpool, I finally contacted an old friend who works for whirlpool, and she pulled a few strings here and there, after charging me another Rs.2000 for a Delux model, because appare...ntly the Classic model does not seem to have the correct reviews, so I paid the money and got my new fridge on Sunday, after lots of debating and discussions....I warn all you consumers to seriously consider other brands, especially buy the trusted indian brands like a Godrej or a Kelvinator (not sure if they are still there) but believe me India brands are better...Read More

I received a call on Saturday regarding the product, which was cordless phone, but customer care called to assure me that incase they are not able to sort out the problem, they would definatley return my money.....I stumped her with asking her for the interest as well, since I paid the money a month... back, so I want one month's interest for the money taken by them. If the product is not in stock, then why put it up on auctions, also the same very product still shows on rediff auctions...it should be taken off if its not in stock. That means, they are collecting people's money and investing it for a month, and reaping the profits and returning the money back to the purchasers....I don't know what the outcome is yet...because I still have not received my money nor the product...Read More

I like shopping online, and most of the time I have a good experience from Future Bazaar, Sir India, or India Plaza.  Unfortunately this is my 4th experience with rediff shopping. Some years ago, I purchase a pair of sneakers, the size I mentioned after winning the auction was size 7, I recie...Read more

Yesterday at 9:30 over the Masjid Moth flyover, while my hubby was driving me to work, suddenly my car was jammed to a halt, but due to so much of traffic on the flyover, there was less gaps between cars. Our poor santro hit the back of a zen. Before we could even realise what happened, we got a big...Read more

In response to Krisgopala comment, all over the world its an acceptable option, you can drink water or a cola in a store, because you are expected to be honest and pay for it at the time of billing for your items. I have never had a problem else where, because in a big hypermarket one tends to spen...d atleast 2 to 3 hours in the store, which also include the long clue up for paying. Every single item has a barcode on it, and if you try to walk out of the store without paying, you will beeped at. So why would a customer who has purchased items for hundreds of rupees want to be insulted for a mere bottle of liquid....I don't agree with your comment.....Read More
