Gone are the days of shopping at Ansal Plaza, or heading off to neighbouring borders like Noida or Gurgaon to shop in a hip and hype mall. Come over to Select City Walk, now that's what we are talking about. Just like any other shopping mall out of India, you can almost find anything here at this mall for a price. I must admit, there are brands which our desi's don't even understand nor have they heard of . But no worries there are plenty of Indian brands in the place too. For starters, there's Lifestyle, Pantaloons, Park Avenue, Fab India, Goodearth, Food Bazaar, Home Stop etc. Plenty of other brands with French or English names. All the same the shopping experience makes you feel good. You could probably go over and have a great weekend of shopping and when your tired you can sit back and watch a movie at PVR Cinema, after the movie you could enjoy a nice dinner at the food court, or other gourmet restaurants. And still if you have not had enough, you may sit around in the lawn enjoying thing water fall while licking up some fatfree icecreams.
I see lots of people shopping from Food Bazaar and now the recently opened Sugar and Spice which has La Marche which sells fresh meats, fish and other poultry stuff.
The mall has a well spaced out parking lot well manned, and the whole shopping experience gives you a complete high at the end of trip, just wanting more. I bet you will return to the place again, even if you don't really need to buy anything, the fragrances from the Lancome and The body shop, just enticies you to come back.
The whole look just makes you feel clean and rich. I see most people wearing the latest designer clothes while shopping here. The women manage the roam around the whole mall balancing on 3 inch stiletos.
