Actually, a little over a week has passed since I originally posted my 'review' of Namezero. I continued to send messages to their customer service department hoping to get everything straightened out. I received a reply that my situation has been moved up to a high level of importance and will ...receive extra attention. Great! I had a similar experience to the last one you described. I renewed my domain for 1 year and when the previous expiration date came around, users attempting to connect to my domain receive an expiration notice. I paid for another year, it's on my credit card bill. After numerous attempts to r...each Namezero through their online support form, they finally tell me they got no money from me. That's ridiculous, I have a receipt from them and a credit card statement that says otherwise. Namezero is terrible.Read More

At least you've paid and received SOMETHING. I paid up for a 1 year renewal and my domain says it's expired. I have received nothing but unreplied questions to their customer service department and the occasional excuse. Never a fair answer or a resolution to my problem.

I am having the same experience with Namezero that you did. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with them, and the two responses I have received have been useless. One asked what the problem was, despite the fact that I already told them what was wrong. The second said they received no... payment from me, which is utter nonsense, because my credit card statement clearly shows the payment and I saved my receipt from renewing my domain. Namezero is terrible. It's cheap, and this is the reason why. Nobody works in their customer disservice department.Read More
