They have fixed my sites , now my email is down ! I tell you what they put you through a whole lot of bull.. Mookie you know I tried to find out about them through the BBB but there was nothing there ,it's like they don't our not on this planet . Makes you wonder doesn't it why they don't answer... the phone # they give you , I mean come on people what kind of company don't have phones . The service is poor I have sent email after email to them , I mean thats what I had to do to get my sites going to even get into my domain controls . I am so sick of hearing they are upgrading the site or doing a transfer of companies , I mean that only flies the first two times . Mookie you need to try to get them to answer you or get a lawyer I have there addy if you need it they where bought out by a company called Dotster . Let me know what happens . Read More

Boy ole boy I think they like getting my temper going ! All my sites are down now . It seems everything to do with Namezero is down . They tell me they are doing transfers . I will never again use them for a domain . My customers are calling me to find out what is going on . And you know they ar...e not going to give you credit for all this trouble . I have gotten every thing resolved but I am not going to use them anymore .. I am going through Aplus and Go Daddy now. They sent me a email saying they where sorry . But I will not trust them anymore .. They are like a bad tv show once you watch it a couple of times you don't watch it anymore, sa...me goes with Namezero once they mess up your account a couple of times you don't use them anymore . And what kind of company hides there address and phone # .. I am done with them and thats all I have to say about that lol. Read More

Finally they fixed my issues I had with them . It was about time don't you think .. Maybe things will get better now if they would just fix my last site that wold be great . Hopefully I won't have to waite to long to get my site back .

You will never beleave this they got my email and told me they would get the site back up in 24 hours and it is up. But guess what you still can't get into the domains it still shows nothing so I can not full with my transfers .. This just burns my soul ! So I still don't give them a good review . N...o interuptions in your service yeah right ! They still have alot of issues like where are they located , why don't they answer the phones why does it take so long to answer a email ? Man I could go on and on but I won't .. But at least my site is back up so that's one good thing .Read More
