exactly, u mentioned some v good revelant points. This debat is all over in DK nowadays. we have also college reform here and also going to have educational reform in schools and then nutrition studies will be compulsary hopefully. We had it back there in Pakistan in schools, a subject called Fo...od & nutrition. Well, I have seen couple of episodes of KBC 2 and it is actually v informative. I remember 2 years ago when I got a case of a teenage girl of 18 years old. She was undergoing a crisis. She started seeing her doctor due to unusual headaches. This started driving her crazy. She consulted neurosurgeons after undergoing MIR scan and electro scan at hospital and they were al...so failed to diagnose the illness. Her doctor recommended her physiotherapy but it didn’t help either. She became half psycho and doctors transferred her to epilepsy centre. When I got her case I realised that she was over weighted. She was 18 years old and 5’7 of height and weighted 88 KG. I suggested her to do work out and she joined gym. I made a diet plan for her and with proper work out and dietary plan she recovered within 6 – 8 months. She lost 25 KG within 1 year.
