What are u talking about '....... completely forgoten the suzuki’s charecteristics..(i..e broad tyres, gear indicators, chromed mirrors, clip on style handle bars,HIGH COMPRESSION RATIO,high HP,rev counter ).' Zeus has a rpm/rev meter, gear indicator, Handle side bars. Just have a look at it first an...d then say anything u want. Dont bluff blindly. In India, the compression ratio of all vehicles is reduced becoz of cheap Indian kwality of fuel, other wise the bike will knock too much. And as the compression ratio is decreased, the rated power output also (slightly) decreases.Read More

U said that with Shaolin U can beat Shogun and RX. About RX, i cant say but it cant beat shogun. Shogun is 14 bhp and Shaolin is 12 bhp. Well, one thing i dont understand, Shaolin being 140 cc should have more power than the 110 cc Shogun. .... And ya, U could have mentioned the mileage figures.

I own a CBZ, but I am a very big fan of Pulsar. The time when I bought my CBZ, there was no P dtsi, otherwise, there would have been no look back. But, I was not that lucky to get a Pulsar.

Please quote the Power and Torque and Mileage figures as these are not available on the website. Hey man........... All this information is available on the Suzuki India Motorcycles site. The most important point not mentioned over there and over here in Ur review was the Power (in bhp) and Torque figures. This was not at all a review and is all crap. If at all U wanted to provide the peop...le here with some useful information, U should have quoted the Power and Torque figures.Read More

I'm amazed to hear that U have changed the chain-sprocket set @ 25 k, that is quite early. I had changed my CBZ's chain sprocket @ 40 k, although it could have run almost 10k more. Any way, enjoy ..........

U say that the features are same as Pulsar, but u r wrong. I doesnt have a tachometer and five gears. Well over all its good, but lacking theses features, the Suzuki Zeus 125 will have an advantage over Discover 125.

If Shine is expensive @ 47 k (in hyderad), then what about the damn bike H H Glamour @ 52 k (both drum and non self-starter). I feel the best value for money products are offered by Bajaj.

Hey guys out there saying that P150dtsi (17 and 18 inch wheels) beats the CBZ. This is not true, I have a CBZ, even after reducing the pickup for mileage, It can still beat any P150/P150 dtsi (with stock settings). But on the mileage part, My CBZ gives 44 normally, where as my friends Pulsar gives 5...0 and onother friends Pulsar is giving 65 (i have seen it with my own eyes and couldnt beleive it - but have to beleive it). Though the difference in pickup is marginal, the difference in mileage is huge. CBZ is just wasting money and getting no Digital ignition, Opto-prismic head light, ............. and so on.Read More

hi westnitin, My CBZ's gearbox is very notchy. Even after changing the chain sprocket and tightening the clutch there is no improvement in the shift quality. My bike's engine makes a lot of noise even though i change the engine oil @ 2000 Kilometers and take good care of it. I had recently changed... the timing chain and the bike became a bit smoother eleminating the tic-tic sound, but still there is alot of sound from engine. The mechanic checked the tapets and said they are fine. Please give me a remedy for this. Also i wanna change the mufler of my CBZ 2000 model (small hole) with the bigger holed (sound is awesome) one of the 1999 model CBZ, will it decrease the mileage - pls answer if u have any knowledge about this. There is a bike modifier here charging just 50 rs to change the mufler but i dont want any side effects.Read More

Hey man, U say that the pickup of Ambition is comparable to Pulsar 150 and CBZ - the truth is that Ambition doesnt have the spirit. Even Achiever has a lot of pickup than the Ambition. And about the firing of Ambition, it is silent and makes no sound, and CBZ sounds much better (Pulsar sounds the ...best).Read More

wanna get better milage, use a smaller jet than the original jet size, but pickup will get down. And regarding colour, that fades as time passes on ...... this is law of nature that nothing lasts for ever. My CBZ is five years old done over 41, 000 kms, a rough used one, i changed the chain spro...cket set and timing chain @ 40, 000 kms. These parts get worn out with time, but my bike's pick up is very well as that of a new bike, but the smoothness isnt there which has vanished with time.Read More

Hey man, the Gypsy King in black colour and mag wheels and baloon radial looks very cool. One more point is that Maruti spares are quite cheaper than Tata's. Petrol vehicles are trouble free as compared to diesel vehicles. As for Army Gypsy with Diesel engine, imagine what make the engine would b...e and if imported, where will u get the spares ?Read More

U said that ur engine is getting heated. That is normal as the bike runs, it gets heated. If the bike is stopping by heat, then it is said to be over heated. But u have not mentioned whether it is getting off while driving.

Man, I have tested my CBZ (TPFC disconnected as to get mileage) many times with Pulsar 150 dtsi (with 18 inch wheels), some were slow and some were neck to neck, but none could beat it. Even unicorn i felt has pickup a bit less than CBZ.
