We are really sorry about the issue you had with your trip and in sedan car only 4 passengers are allowed, but you all were five passengers you should have chosen SUV for your trip.

As already discussed, if the driver has created some issues or has delayed the pickup so the company has to be informed in this case so that we could arrange an alternative. The booking confirmed was for a one way trip and while reaching the destination location there was a huge traffic line for kilometers and the driver had informed you about the same to which you decided to travel about 2km on your own as the road blockage was not the assigned driver's fault. However,... on some rare bookings there can be last minute cancellations from the driver's end and we take full responsibility to arrange an alternative which depends on the availability of the cab and drivers.We understand that the service did not satisfy your expectations but we will make sure to make your future experience with us a positive one.
