I had booked a cab from Meerut to Delhi for my sister .. she was to take flight from Delhi to new York… the driver was to come at 2130 ….i spoke to him at 7.30 pm and he was to come… at 9 30 pm he switched off his mobile and when the tried customer service they also couldn’t find the person… they told me that another driver will be there at 1000 pm … at 1000 they told me it will come at 1015 pm and when I spoke to the driver he told he will come at 1040 … we would have missed the flight so I had to cancel the booking-and your cutomer care has the audacity to tell me to look for another car … it is really disappointing and you should not break trust and then your is giving me giving advance back in form of vouchers… do you think someone will use your services… it’s pathetic…. Did I pay u in vouchers…. Really ashamed… I will be taking you to consumer court

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience you had with your trip although we assigned you the driver who was supposed to come on time at your pickup location but due to last time cancellation from his side we had to assigned you another driver but you had to catch the flight on time so you could not wait for that, we asked you to give us some time but you denied and went through alternative cab. We know this can be so frustrating but we assure that you will not be facing such issue in your next booking with us.
