We booked a outstation car swift dzire . However car they provided was not having luggage space. I request for refund which was not done. Totally fraud . Never book a vehicle there. Go for local people

As we've checked, you were total 5 members with luggage so how can everyone with luggage can settle in a sedan car. Also the booking was cancelled on your request due to 5 members, sedan only allows 4 members excluding the driver.
