STOP and NEVER book a cab through cab bazaar.
Driver was a liar and a cheat.
I had booked for Pune to Panchgani , finally when I got the car service guy number which is - +91 95790 10410.
I had booked the car for 6.30 am sharp but Last night the cab service guy called me and said he cannot come to pick my up at 6.30 am coz his driver came back from a trip at 2 am so he will be late. I had informed him that as a customer that is not my problem and I need the car to head to Panchgani at 6.30am.
However in the morning I called him at 6 am as I had not received the cab details. To which he said he will come to pick me up at 7 am.
We got ready and got down and the driver still did not reach my residence. Calling him multiple times at 7.18 pm he started cutting my calls. That’s when I cancelled my booking. Which driver cuts a customer’s call who is calling him and is delayed for over an hour for a pick up . He called me at 7.37am and informed me he has reached. This cab driver is a sheer liar and Cab bazaar should terminate his contract immediately.
Cab bazar does not do any quality check before hiring drivers. Their drivers go on long night trips and go off to sleep and not able to take the next custom to their destination. Worst cab service ever. NEVER use this EVER. They don’t deserve a single star . Now they refusing to refund the money too that was paid by me. Thieves.
