Terrible Experience

I interacted with one of the managers of TG Developers Mr. Shivam and had a terrible experience. He talks sweetly but do not believe him, once a deal is done he does not give a damn. No support or interaction post that.


Was asked to pay 1L to collect documents and then get their property checked legally. Was promised a full refund if there were issues with a legal opinion. We paid one lakh and got a review done by our lawyers and our lawyers advised not to go ahead because of some technical legal reasons. When I approached Mr. shivam he assured that our advance of 1 lakh would be returned within 2 months as per their process, likewise we agreed. After few days, I wrote to Shivam asking for the status and to my surprise there was no reply even after a week. I tried calling him, reaching via mail, watsapp but to no avail. I could see that he was active as he was posting status in watsapp . 2 months passed and there was no reply from TG Developers and Shivam. I was mailing them on a daily basis, had a few escalation managers emails and added them in loop too but no response. Finally after 3 months I went to the main office and I got the money from there that too after waiting outside their office for 3 hours.

Disgusting people and team. poor quality of work.


Pathetic management. They will show dream house only in brochure and videos. Currently I am resident here feel like m in jail . There is no basic facility like water and power always some or the other issues.


This is even after getting OC. Lift doesn't work most of the time. Bad planning and execution.


Unprofessional people and they most of the time will not respond.


Never buy any property from TG developer.

Ia from TG arte but not that project in list so selected ascent buy please don't go with this builder they are very money minded and biased.
