I have taken some time to put this together so that I can give a well-rounded feedback about the project and it's team -(with honesty). So here you go!

2. Very Beautiful society

3. Best amenities and clubhouse one can find in any apartment. No society matches this one in Sarjapur area and within a radius of 10-15 Km that I know of.

4. Very active residents and association

5. A very fine mix of all age groups and a vibrant society that celebrates all occasions with equal fervour and enthusiasm.

(Some points About the team)

The first people to interface with a customer are the CRM team. So that's how I met Romesh and Mona first. Romesh has come across to me as a man of his words. Tireless, dedicated and Straight talking gentleman who keeps his commitments. Mona handles the front office well and helps customers with many nitty gritties. Indrani is whom I met next. She has been extremely helpful and is able to connect with customers very well. Sudarshan is the guy who faciliatates registrations and knows his job like the back of his hand - simply an expert and professional. AshokJi is the guy who can really connect with customers and is an very nice and helpful person both before and after handovers. A special mention for Naveen, the project manager who is another professional, straight talker but fundamentally, an extremely nice and helpful friend and person. He specially put a lot of effort to find the right match of tiles to replace the broken ones in my flat. Darshan and Srinivas are great guys too and always available to help. Last but not the least at all. Ramu Anna who handles keys etc. is an extremely nice and helpful guy. All in all - I feel the SJR team is just wonderful but they can also do better at keeping timeline commitments of customers and empathizing more with residents, understanding their issues & taking them along & helping in a more positive, constructive manner.

Great location and equally great planning . Recently went to see the property and spoke to some of the residents, . there are some teething problem but in the price given at this location, I will go for it any day .

Real estate is always about location and the location of this gated community is awesome bang on the main road. Propery is nice with full of amenities however the builder is delayed the peoject by more than 2 years and cannot sure when they are going to complete it with the club house because it seems to be very large amount of amenities and facilities what they committed. Over all you can take the location advantage, all the IT and teck parks are near its vicinity.

I am happy with the site layout and liked the spacious carpet area planned. Marketing person was kind enough to accept the delay on handover due to SJR Mgmt. related things. I am eagerly seeking to talk and get feedback from owners and tenants who stay here to know more facts.

Hi all,

After all reviews I removed palazza city from my mind. But after speaking with few of marketing team internally I was clear and bought a flat in palazza city with 1813 Sft. Kindly don't write useless reviews which makes our precious time wasted. Guys trust me project is very good. One should understand that they started 6 projects at a time which made them to suffer because of market conditions. I cant name few big builders taken money for plot and apartment and looted us, at-least this people are completing the project better thank management.
