We are purchased villa @ sound of water now it become Smiling willow only smile will be in the name if u purchase u ll lost u r smile very very bad experience we are purchased @2016 and paid almost 50% amount and till now no confirmation on possession date. if you ask possession they’ll ask more money rather then committed price to complete the project cheap quality don’t buy

Purvankara surely doesn't deserve to be tier builder. Fake charges, illegal GST charges applied. Even on pointing out they are shamelessly backing it. Biggest mistake of my life buying property with purvankara (Purva Palm Beach).

Puravankara Ltd is a very shady company. Please look at the track record of Residential and commercial properties [Purva Gainz located in Hosur road etc]. Please read through the thread to understand how they cheat investors. Please avoid all form of properties from Purvankara. Stick to good brands like Brigade, Shobha, Prestige and Hiranandani. Once you start the payment you will be surprised by sudden change of attitude! Save your hard earned money and avoid Purvanakara brand at any cost!

Purvankara has got bunch of unprofessional and unethical people . They do not even adhere to their own cost sheet and signed agreements. They change cost at the time of possession and demand money in an unfair manner . Customers should not fall in their trap. Very unpleasant experience with palm beach ...... they even took money which was not due and now they are manipulating the data asking for more money ....

This is the first theme project in Bangalore and the theme is water. The project is spread across 19acres and out of which 4acres is dedicated to lagoon. The experience is going to be amazing. Believe it or not, there is a wave pool inside. Locality wise it is quite far from the central portion of the city. But metro construction will starr there soon.

Many of the real estate builders in Bangalore are not having value for money but it is not the case for the Puravankara's. The quality of project and amenities they provide for spacious apartment shows that they value for the hard earn money of the people.

My mum-inlaw is very particular abt vaastu and thankfullly all apartnebt at Purvankra Wave are vaastu-complaint. Easy loan too, so was defeintly buying.Liked very much, was imrssed with sales person. Was thorough in telling us abt the prject .loved the project.

My agent did all the work for verification and just had to pay the amount. It was a very smooth process. Check with your agent. Getting this Aparment was like dream come true.Its a beautiful Project. Optimal is all aspect. The houses are vastu complaiant. Include all the necessary amenities. Good enviroment and close to city.

Purvankara 270 seems like a really good buy. It is really close to my son's school, we are really looking forward to owning one. The amenities are a1 and my son is also very excited about the new place.Good pricing for th project. I am so excited to come there .
