I was keen on L&T 77 Crossroads initially, but after visiting, it felt overpriced for what’s offered. The flats are extremely compact, and once you add furniture, there’s barely any walking space left. The marketing focuses heavily on amenities, but the actual usable open area is minimal. The pricing competes with bigger properties in Ghatkopar and Chembur, which offer much more at the same price and at times cheaper. For me, it’s appealing on paper, but not so much in person.

L&T 77 Crossroads is a solid pick if you want a branded developer and a prime location. The connectivity to metro stations, Eastern Express Highway, and key hubs makes your life and decision-making even easier. The design feels contemporary, with sleek finishes and modern touches like sky lounges and fitness zones. Even the smaller carpet areas make it ideal for working couples or nuclear families. If city living is what you wish for, then this tight but tasteful offering is apt for you.
