Don't buy any flats with casa grand. Given rate in TV advertisement


Rs.25.Lakhs for their thiruporur but if we go their to site, they tells 45 lakhs 540 sqft something, buyer no one measures the carpet area.


Flat rate - 25 Lakhs


Path way - 10 Lakhs


Amenities -. 4 Lakhs


EB. -. 2 lakhs


Car park. - 2 lakhs


Maintanence - 2 lakhs.


In case if we need money for family occasions, You can't resale amenities and car park, maintanence. EB splitting from main connection and they distribute to others.


This is absolutely it's robery. No one is not ready fix rate for this flats from government side.
