I am writing thi with great disappointment and concern regarding the severe quality issues in our newly delivered row house, No. 164.

To our utter shock, we have already started noticing veins of cracks running across the ceiling and walls in multiple places. This is completely unacceptable for a newly constructed home that we entrusted TVS Emerald to deliver with the promised standards and quality.

This situation has caused us tremendous stress and has shaken our trust in TVS Emeralds commitment to construction excellence. It also raises serious questions about the quality control and monitoring processes during the construction phase. How could such fundamental defects pass unnoticed and be handed over to customers who have invested their hard-earned money and trust in your brand?

I purely suggest people to stay away from this scammer.

1.Poor Build Quality:

Almost every villa has visible cracks and seepage issues.

Construction standards are below expectations for a premium project.

2.False Promises by Sales Team:

Many assurances during booking were not fulfilled.

Feels like buyers were misled by the entire sales process.

3.Owner Dissatisfaction:

Most owners feel cheated and are already considering resale.

The overall sentiment in the community is one of disappointment.

4.Weak Compound Walls:

Boundary walls are minimal in height and poorly constructed.

Nearby projects like Sobha Gardenia offer much better security and design with tall, sturdy walls.

5.Stray Dog Menace:

Despite being called a gated community, stray dogs roam freely inside the premises.

6.Sales Office Location Misleading:

Sales office placed right opposite the villasinitially claimed to be temporary, but no clarity on relocation.

7.Clubhouse Concerns:

Promised villa-exclusive clubhouse remains unfinished.

Ended up sharing with the apartment projectanother unexpected compromise.

8.Broken Trust in the TVS Brand:

Buyers invested based on the trust and legacy of TVS.

This project has severely damaged the brands reputation.

9.Numerous Unresolved Issues:

List of concerns keeps growing with no proper resolution in sight.

I would request the propective buyers & already booked to go to TVS Emerald Lighthouse in the same radial road. 3 years since handover, lot of heartburns to buyers. Quality, the hallmark of TVS is not seen in civil works. Already seeping walls, peeling paint works & more. Also be mindful as to how they spend the corpus & maintenance fund. Never let them nominate & register the maiden office bearers of association without informing all buyers. And very important, whatever promises they make at the time of booking, flat specific alterations, record

them & get a mail confirmation. And never go for their interior vendor, it was a costly disaster here. If you have pets, get their mail confirmation at the time of booking itself. Finally, go thru sale, construction deed & maintenance deed thoroughly. Best of luck.

I am one of the villa owner who bout a villa on 2019 from TVS emerald green acres project SITUATED IN KOLAPAKKAM NEAR VANADALOOR. I STRONLY RECOMMEND ALL NOT TO BUY ANY PROPERT FROM TVS. BECAUSE TRUSTED NAME OF TVS I BOUGHT VILLA. but the quality of building is very poor. we agreement for maintenance after sale o 5 years. During this 5 year period their maintenance in our community is EXTREMELY POOR. they are not handing over clubhouse and other amenities properly. SEWAGE WATER PLANT IS NOT BEING OPERATED PROPERLY. TVS is letting the sewage water into NEARBY LAND.when we ask TVS for proper approval of this plant for last 2 years. but until now they are not submitting the approval. VERY WORST SERVICE. VERY POOR QUALITY OF BUILDING. PLS DO NOT BUY ANY property from TVS Checked with all our friends from other TVS project.they are also telling the same that their building quality is extremely poor and service is very worst. TVS MANAGEMENT IS VERY ARROGANT.

Like all I read TVS Emerald reviews before buying a property in TVS Emerald Peninsula. There were only a few bad reviews . The sales person Mr. Deepak was very convincing and great. The project is near completion now but the TVS Emerald is only now showing its true colours. TVS is saying they will not register the property without the last 5% payment and they are not ready to tell when they will handover the property , which could be year a from now also with no hold over when TVS will handover the property. The additional work that the sales person promised can be done is also not forthcoming from TVS.TVS is all goody goody sales but very poor experience afterwards. They don't have any empathy towards their customers . Very callous response. Also for every question we ask we have to go on following up with them. Regret buying with them. Reading the few bad reviews that it only some people. If you haven't brought be warned they have very poor attitude with customers once you have brought any property with them . I would give 0stars if possible

TVS Emerald elements definitely caught my eye. This upcoming development by a reputable builder is in one of the prime location - Kovilambakkam. I recently visited the site and was impressed by the home plans, and interesting designs. The welcome and overall experience were positive.

I went to see the flat which was under construction and booked by the flase promise they gave that the flat will be handedover in June 2024. Without giving any documents to read they collected the 10% as token advance. But while reading the sale agreement they have mentioned as per ReRa it will be handedover till Dec 2026.

When we claimed for refund they have deductedRs1, 18000/ including GST. Till date they are not giving any detailsfor cancellation .

Please don't believethe sales teams promises and pay any token advance. They are spoiling the goodwill earned by TVS. This is not the TVS who had a reputation for keeping its promises and words.

Sales and office is full of cheats.

They are eating the hard earned money of the innocent public.

They will not say anything regarding deduction of amount before signing the document.

Don't fall for the name TVS.

Even 1 day delay they are charging rate of interest. But they refunded my money after 1 monthafter deduction.

I have purchased 4bhk Luxe villa in Aaranya.I strongly advise against expecting any post-sales customer support from TVS. While their sales team is convincing and adheres to timelines, the CRM team for post-sales support is extremely unresponsive. Despite numerous attempts to seek clarity on issues, I've received no response. Even with changes in management and team heads, there has been no improvement in the CRM process. It's disappointing to invest in a home and not receive adequate support for queries. TVS seems more focused on raising demands and collecting money rather than resolving customer concerns. While they expect timely payments, the same level of timeliness is not applied to customer query resolution. My recommendation is not to rely on the CRM team for support after your purchase."

We bought a villa here 3 years back.Villas here are not a gated community as said by the sales team. Moreover, they sold plots also along with villas.They collected maintenance fund for 5 years and corpus fund from all the villa owners.But it was not collected from the plot owners.Tvs is providing all amenities like water, stp, security, pool, club house etc to plot owners at the cost of villa owners money.This is not at all fair and never expected this from Tvs.TVS also cheats.Trust on Tvs is nomore.The quality of construction is also too bad.

The best real estate project in Porur is no doubt Green Enclave by TVS. Their staff have excellent brhaviour and are very prompt with their reply. I would recommend them.
