Construction quality and Materials are used with low quality and doing by unskilled labour. They don’t gave much experience in the construction field. Not hearing and bothering about Customer’s feelings and their suggestions. The construction owner attitude is very worst and demand full money before completing work. They will not give the flat key without full settlement. But they keep lot of pending works. So, don’t prefer this builder’s construction. Please call me for more details about this bad construction. I will explain in detail.
1) Very low quality and unbranded Lift.
2) Rain Water entering in all Electrical and CCTV pipelines. See the photos.
3) No Sunshade provided in the Windows. Rain water entering through windows. See the photos.
4) No proper weaterproof tiles work in the terrace. Lot of gaps between tiles. See photos.
5) Door access key pad buttons not working within 3 months.
6) Tiles & Granite work is very poor in the parking walls. Falling down. See photos.
7) Poor quality Main Gates
8) Unskilled Labours. Poor work in the total building.
9) Pressure Motor is not woekibg for the past 12 months.
10) Electrical works are bad.
11) Be carefull with the Builder. They will ask full paymeny settlement before handing over flat. But they won’t do pending work properly.

In March 2023, I made the decision to purchase a flat in Valasaravakkam from Sri LR Constructions primarily due to their competitive pricing compared to other builders, coupled with the promising features they highlighted. However, post the agreement signing, I encountered several significant challenges:
Delayed Key Handover: Upon registering the flat, I found it crucial to obtain the flat key and all necessary documents immediately. However, the builder insisted on completing the registration and receiving full payment before handing over the keys, despite several essential works like lift, genset, pressure motor, CCTV camera installation, and video door phone being incomplete. This lack of transparency and trust was concerning.
Construction Deviations: Discrepancies between the actual construction and the approved plan were identified, raising concerns about the adherence to regulatory standards and construction integrity.
Exorbitant Charges for Extra Work: Opting for additional work came with exorbitant charges, significantly higher than market rates, which felt exploitative and unfair.
Incomplete Work Before Changes: Requesting modifications before the completion of all pending works proved problematic, as any subsequent issues were unfairly attributed to these modifications, creating unnecessary disputes.
Unreliable Service Commitments: Despite promises of one-year free service/maintenance, the builder's response to complaints was unsatisfactory, with delays and unfulfilled commitments.
Lack of Professionalism and Timeliness: The absence of professional labor and supervision, coupled with chronic delays in project completion, underscored the builder's lack of professionalism and commitment to timely delivery.
Quality and Safety Concerns: Critical safety issues which cause human death threat such as oil leakage from the Leo Lift motor, frequent stop of lift, inadequate waterproofing leading to water seepage in common areas, and discrepancies in allocated car parking spaces further highlighted the builder's negligence and lack of quality assurance.
Update: As of July 2024, issues persist, including malfunctioning pressure motors, non-functional CCTV camera, and recurrent problems with the lift, indicating a pattern of poor maintenance and unresolved issues.
In conclusion, my experience with Sri LR Constructions has been deeply disappointing, marred by unfulfilled promises, substandard construction practices, and a lack of accountability. Prospective buyers should exercise caution and thoroughly assess the builder's track record and commitments before making any investments.
After feedback from various buyers on Google review they deleted the address from Google Maps.

Highly professionalism can't compare with flat better can compare with individual bungalows.
