The company is a frudulent company right from the begining, I am a public servent working for NLC I got a flat booking done for their project grand ellora, they said they got all the approval after I paying their 40% the project got stuck and one fine morning I got a court notice that it is illegal to deal with the same I dont know what to do and going through their record I found they havent completed one full project till now their 5 project is in litigation or stoped for lack of funds.please dont lose your money to this stupid company and lose your peace of min

Due to failure as Shri Janani Homes - Changed his name as Jansens!

Money Mongers. Never completed any project expect blue bells Padur. Simply demands the money. He never moved out of the Blue Bells Site and demands for money even after 5 years of completion. Still wants to own the premises and want to take over the project in terms of Maintenance. He never lets to form the association. He wants only his associated people to be on the association, so that he can hide his faults in construction. Money Looters.

Company's MD Senthil is none other a goon!

Want a peaceful life, even want your money to be worth, Please don't buy from this group or it's subsidiaries! Knowing many builders where my friends & Colleagues bought apartment, this is the worst builder ever. Sometimes even goondas entered apartment and threatened the person like anything. everyone in the apartment knows about it. No unity in the apartment and hence it is bisected.

The builder in chennai by the name of Janani homes, Senthil earlier now changed to Jansen infrastructure is a fraud as he committed amenities in his project groovy woodz in padur which have not been completed in last 5 years also . All owners are suffering a lot because of the same . Pls do not be carried away by his false promises he has come up with 3 new projects in OMR, padur area . Do not fall prey to his luring promises.
