Very poor construction quality.water seepage in loft, walls within 1 year. complaint was temporarily addressed by builder with re- painting. within 4 years of building life water seepage repeats.images & videos attached. when contacted builder Mr. Kumaravel he had replied water seepage is natural calamity is arrogant in responding customer complaint. Request new buyers not to waste money in buying PVK builder's construction.
