Elite Estate is Marketing company for others. Always they keep price very high. Their marketing person are very smart. They showed the land belong to Vallimayil Properties for very high price. They told us to pay advance to block the Plot. We paid rs.20, 000 as adavnce. Due to the, ir price is very high, we are not agreed to buy. Till date they have not return our advance.

One MR. Logeswaran agreed to do a construction and left halfway after taking the almost 80% of money.

The building which will be done will be to his wish and worst quality.Could even see immediate seepage.

He cares and only cares about how to get more money from you and also on construction by compromising very much on quality.

Avoid this money suckers.

Hi there, I'm the owner of a NEW building in Velachery, opposite to PHOENIX MALL. This ELITE ESTATE owner ELENGO and another goon there RAJ KUMAR are biggest cheating, cheap & fraud fellows, they have occupied my building illegally after the 3 Registed years contract which has been expired last year July 2021. Since then he not paying any rent to me, ELENGO has locked and key the liquor bottles and other metrial of them not been removed for my building. My whole family is suffering because of the ELENGO and RAJKUMAR. Kindly don't deal with him and his company. Don't become victim like me. He is very well politically connected with the present government & his brother is a minister.

Morethan one and half year over, still I didn't get advance. When my father got cancer, requested for emergency purpose, but not given.

After my father passed away begged for my money but no use.past one and half year every time I am begging. But no use.I know this is completely logesh plan. Thank you logesh, keep it with you this advance as donation.

For some reasons I was not able to buy the plot from Elite estate.The company is very professional as they refunded my Booking amount. Very few companies refund the amount and they did. They take care of the customers very well.
