The complex was huge, but I had doubts about its construction, as while visiting the apartment, the walls appeared weak, and the apartment was smaller compared to those in other nearby complexes. The price was also high with no room for negotiation. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the property and would not recommend it to anyone.

Kalptaru Sparkle in Bandra is one of the best residential apartments in the area. I often go to meet my friend there and really love the complex. It offers a great lifestyle featuring amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, power backup, smart security, lift, and rainwater harvesting. It provides excellent connectivity to major localities such as BKC, Airport, Highways, and Bandra Station. I really enjoy visiting the place, as not only the residents but also the neighbours are very friendly and supportive. Worth buying, especially for families.
