I recently visited Kalptaru Magnus in Bandra to visit a resale property. My friend suggested this property, so I thought I would view it. The complex was huge, but I had doubts about its construction, as while visiting the apartment, the walls appeared weak, and the apartment was smaller compared to those in other nearby complexes. The price was also high with no room for negotiation. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the property and would not recommend it to anyone.

Kalptaru Sparkle in Bandra is one of the best residential apartments in the area. I often go to meet my friend there and really love the complex. It offers a great lifestyle featuring amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, power backup, smart security, lift, and rainwater harvesting. It provides excellent connectivity to major localities such as BKC, Airport, Highways, and Bandra Station. I really enjoy visiting the place, as not only the residents but also the neighbours are very friendly and supportive. Worth buying, especially for families.

Kalptaru Habitat in Parel is one of the finest residential complexes in the area, offering great lifestyle amenities such as a swimming pool, parks, gym, badminton courts and community centres. Located in a prime location, it provides all the necessary amenities, including schools, a hospital, and malls nearby, as well as excellent public transportation connectivity. It takes very little time to travel from one place to another, which is a great thing in Mumbai, where we are all tired of traffic. I liked it, and plan to buy a resale property there as soon as it is available.

Kalptaru Aura in Ghatkopar is one of the best and spacious residential complexes I have ever seen in Ghatkopar. I often visit this place to meet my cousin, who lives there. The complex is spacious and well-built, offering excellent lifestyle amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, clubhouse, and play area. Additionally, the neighbourhood is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. I highly recommend Kalptaru to those looking for a family residential house in Ghatkopar.

I recently visited Kalptaru to see a resale property, which was really great. The complex was well-built and highly secured, with CCTV cameras installed even in the common areas. The neighbourhood is also excellent, offering great amenities like schools, hospitals, and malls. The apartments are so spacious and ventilated. The electricity fittings and the water fittings were proper. Overall, I loved both the complex and the apartment. The apartments are spacious and well-ventilated, allowing natural light into the home. Additionally, the location is also premium, offering all the necessary amenities nearby and great accessibility to major areas of the city via public transport. I’m very impressed with the complex and its affordable pricing, which is not easily available anywhere in Bandra.
