I recently purchased a flat at Columbia Aaltius in Electronic City Bangalore. Really very happy with the quality of the construction and the design of the project. The project area is a bit smaller but it is the tallest building coming up in E-City. I liked the location of the property. The team was very helpful in the buying process. Cheers!

Don't buy any flat in this company. They're using poor quality materials and semi qualified staffs. Owner farooq khan who is cheating his partners, contractors, and employees through several ways. Don't believe this criminal fraudster. He have so many crores of debts and lakhs of pending payment to labor contractors and ex employees. Please think twice before approaching this small company. They're just exaggerating that they're multi millionaires. Don't believe this company. CHEATERS.

I’m glad to share an experience with Columbia Group. I recently purchased a flat at Columbia celestia in Jp Nagar. The quality of the project is excellent with a heavy structure and top quality fittings and fixtures. The project was delayed for a few months but the project is being delivered as promised and the builder gave us a complete support in legal clearance. This project is worth the price when compared to any project in the vicinity. Truly satisfied and wishing them success.
