Don’t judge a book by it's cover works so well for this building! Although it looks lovely from outside; it is not made well on the inside. There are so many cracks and so much bad finishing at other places! I did not expect this from a renowed builder.

Hi Friends,


I have provided one star rating just because there is no option of any negative stars.


I have purchased a flat in New Era Yogi Dham where the builder has promised us Best Service & 24 hours water supply without any exception. But when I shifted in Oct-2018 for 2 months water supply was good. After that till now there are lots of water supply issue. We don't even get 20 mins of water per day and even after paying highest maintenance we are facing issues.


There are also many issues in finishing and lots of cracks & breakdowns already started creeping up just after 8 months of possession.


Builder forces everyone to buy parking and there is no arrangement of public parking anywhere in the society.


Builder don't even listen to us and don't care for any of our problems. Staff will never talk courteously and will neither bother of anything. They are totally fraud and do whatever they wish.


I will never recommend anyone to invest here because you hard earned money will be looted by this builder.
