This place has a very high maintenance fee yet they do not take care of the amenities and facilities, which is a huge problem here.

Don’t judge a book by it's cover works so well for this building! Although it looks lovely from outside; it is not made well on the inside. There are so many cracks and so much bad finishing at other places! I did not expect this from a renowed builder.

I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do not agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!

Many of the developers have started making use of the money that was raised as a part of their pre-sales project so as to undertake and remain accountable for the clearance of charges that are still in process. This is not a feasible solution.

The carpet area of this place is quite small because their 2 BHk rooms have a carpet area of a 1 BHK room and charging the same price.

There have been many times that the properties are not reflected with their current up to date listings. Some of the properties that are sold are also shown to be available for a booking. Sometimes there are flats that are available for sold at prices greater than the market price when that is not the actual case.

There is not enough car parking space here and sometimes I do not even get car parking space outside the complex. This is so frustrating and risky as well. I cannot understand how they did not pay attention to important things like this.

There are many developers that promise a lot about upcoming development project an use this to lure the buyers to buy in their flats with deals such as the upcoming the grand temple, the fascinating ring road that is passing by, whereas in reality nothing hold absolutely true.

There are many projects in pipeline that are not yet finished by the builder and there are also cases where the builder's plans are not clear and hence the message with the type of the plan, whether commercial/residential is not clear and hence it is difficult for the buyer to make a choice.

I have provided one star rating just because there is no option of any negative stars.

I have purchased a flat in New Era Yogi Dham where the builder has promised us Best Service & 24 hours water supply without any exception. But when I shifted in Oct-2018 for 2 months water supply was good. After that till now there are lots of water supply issue. We don't even get 20 mins of water per day and even after paying highest maintenance we are facing issues.

There are also many issues in finishing and lots of cracks & breakdowns already started creeping up just after 8 months of possession.

Builder forces everyone to buy parking and there is no arrangement of public parking anywhere in the society.

Builder don't even listen to us and don't care for any of our problems. Staff will never talk courteously and will neither bother of anything. They are totally fraud and do whatever they wish.

I will never recommend anyone to invest here because you hard earned money will be looted by this builder.
