I visited Greenfinity expecting ready amenities, but much of it still feels incomplete. The possession timeline seems stretched, and a few residents mentioned poor after-sales communication. The surroundings are still developing, with construction noise from nearby projects. So, for those wanting immediate comfort, this is definitely not the right time to move in; it’s a future promise, not a present delight.

I’ve seen Ajmera Greenfinity come up over the years, and it’s a refreshing project in a fast-growing pocket of Mumbai. The open space planning and greenery are genuine standouts. The layouts feel practical, and amenities like the jogging track and garden are thoughtfully designed. Since Wadala’s connectivity has improved a lot, at present, this stands as a smart mid-range investment for young families.
