I booked Ajmera Manhattan expecting a premium experience, but the reality didn't match up at all. The possession timeline still keeps shifting, and customer service barely responds to the queries directed to that. The sample flat felt very different from the one allotted to me. The surroundings are still dusty, and daily commuting will definitely be hectic due to nearby construction. Overall, I’d call it an average buy dressed up as luxury.

I recently checked out Ajmera Manhattan, and in a good way, I loved how polished the project felt. The floor plans are practical, and the location in Wadala East has easy connectivity to both South Mumbai and BKC.
