On Sunday, May 11th, 2025 my daughter was admitted after enduring a three-hour wait, suffering from a high fever, without receiving any immediate medical attention. Even after admission, the treatment took another two hoursnot because of complexity, but because she was sent for a chest X-ray and ultrasound instead of first being provided relief. It was shocking to witness such blatant disregard for prioritizing patient well-being.
The nursing staff appears to be underqualified and underpaid, constantly arguing amongst themselves rather than focusing on patient care. Their interactions resemble household disputes rather than professional medical assistance. The feedback and quality control team is no betterI've completely given up on complaining, as any attempt to demand accountability is futile.
For the past few nights, I have personally visited the hospital each night, reminding the night shift nurse to check my daughters temperature. She has failed to do so repeatedly, despite direct reminders and even being given the previous temperature readings. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
This hospital does not function as a healthcare institutionit operates purely as a business, prioritizing bed occupancy over patient recovery. A neighboring patient, admitted for constipation-related issues, showed clear signs of improvement, yet their stay was prolonged unnecessarily, seemingly just to keep the bed occupied.
I urge Indirapuram residents not to rely on misleading review ratings. Community groups and RWAs should actively identify and warn against such hospitals to protect others from similar distress. I am now gathering detailed evidence and will be filing a complaint with the DM and health department, along with launching a social campaign to expose this institution.
