While it’s affordable when compared to other properties in Ghatkopar, some of the interior finishing falls below expectations, which proves you can't get everything at a stable price. The surrounding infrastructure is still developing, so constant dust and noise will become a part of the daily routine. Apart from this, Delivery delays are also a concern I’ve heard about, with Parking being limited, which could be frustrating later. It feels more mid-range than the luxury stay they promote.

This project gives solid value for money for anyone looking to set up a home in Mumbai’s east side. The layout is smart, comes with enough ventilation and light, and being backed by a reputable builder does add a sense of security. I found the amenities practical, and not just putting up as a showpiece. My verdict: great for families wanting a stable home.
