Still one more update: I used taxsmile for 2 years, then ran into problems with their website last year and there was zero user support. So switched over to cleartax for last year filing. Lets see how cleartax is this time. Further they dont allow one to access any details of previous years filin...g which is a big no-no. Any website which holds user data to ransom should be completely blacklisted.Read More
