hi,nice question ..i tried to use voice answer but was not able to use since the day i bought.. not even the manual helped. Sorry i dont have a solution. Only voice dial works perfectly .. i think i did some trail and suceeded.. u need to record ur voice answer command... u need to have low bkround ...voice.. hi , u have different accessories available from sony just check for the ear phone. u may use HPM-82,HPM 90 . try the latter (HPM 90) thats good .... it has a display cost 1500INR

Hi HPM 85 does not work good with FM . u should use the original Headset supplied by SE to get the maximum reciption. i too have the same experience. Its good if ur using it for hearing music( MP3)

i hope ur problem will be solved at he earliest... One thing is for sure as of automobile industry is considered - If you get a defective car u can get a Replacement vechicle.. please ask for replacement vechicle thats all. I have read and heared on news papers that in foreign countries they replace... the vechicle...y should not indian autoobile industry do the same.Before its the fault of the manufacturer for checking for quality.. I could suggest u i small thumb rule. If a new product especially electronic and automobile .. u remeber the first Pulser,The first Scoty.. and the first TATA Indica .. all had design errors..
