Dan Brown's 'The Lost Symbol'

Nov 07, 2009 12:10 AM

Deepakji, I have just finished reading the book ''The Lost Symbol'' and had earlier read the book ''The Da Vinci Code''. I have yet to read the other books written by him. Some things become clearer to me after reading both these books. After reading your brief summation about the book, I would like... to read your full review before I make any real comment on these issues. Keep up the good work !! CA Vikram S. MathurRead More

Nitin, I am amazed by the clarity and simpleness of your posting, which left nothing to imagination and I must say, it is much better than what I could have written, even though I have been using GMail since the time it began. Keep smiling, post more reviews and best of luck!!

This review was writtein in 2002, unfortunately, the hotel was shut down in the early part of 2008 and the building too has since been sold off. Sad, but true. Thanks to vandandlal for reminding me to post my own comment to my earlier posted review.

I bought my Hero Honda Spendor at a time when I was working as a Consultant in Vatva, a place in Ahmedabad which is a good 22 km away from my home. As a child, I used to be often tongue-tied at the wonderful speeches that people used to make, which we often got an opportunity to hear because our parents were always so very well connected. Dear Friends, I must honestly admit that I have recently upgraded my cell phone from a Nokia 3530 to a Nokia 6600, as that was the only phone that fit into my budget, although my personal wish was to possess a Nokia 6630. One of the primary reasons that I wished to purchase this phone is t...Read more

I think I agree almost totally with what you have written in your review, in fact, some of the opinions match very closely. Only point of dissent is about Rani Mukherjee. Personally, I think Rani is a great actress, but as far as beauty goes, Aishwarya beats her hands down. Lets not forget that it t...akes a lot more than just superficial beauty to make it to Miss World!! Regards, Vikram MathurRead More

Methinks your review was well meant and in the right direction, only the obtuse references for washing up were lost! Anyways, the only comment that I would like to make is about the first and last choice in your list. Kareena is the only female actress that I can think of, who can wear the least ...of clothes and still manage to look believably innocent. On the other extreme, Bipasha Basu in JISM looked and oozed with desire in every scene of the film. I believe she did what she was expected to and John Abraham was great too. Keep up the good work, you two!!Read More
