I very much agree with you for this because even after subscribing for DND Airtel sends activation related messages and then automatically activates some of packs. When tried to contact customer care they in-turn blame consumer of having registered for such packs. Airtel is getting pathetic. Do...n't know where to complaint as they are becoming unresponsive.
