Hi Kanna Kasturi....Thanks for your comments and rating. I had witnessed this kind of incident when I when to purchase 3230 in 2005 in T Nagar branch. There was man in front of me inquiring for nokia basic model, with the same CSE guy I asked him about the 3230 price and its features... all of su...dden the CSE guy stopped answering the queries to the person who was in front of me and started paying attention to me... The guy got frustrated and he moved out of the shop. I told the CSE guy you could have attended him first, for which he didn't have any answer.Read More

Note: If you plan to buy mobile phones from Subhiksha don’t expect a good customer service; you will get service, but not the best as what you get into trendy stores. Price wise you will settle with a reasonable margin as compared to other competitors, but without any gift vouchers or gift wrapped /... flashy covers.
